I'm already feeling stressed because of the long wait times, so why don't you think more about how to deal with it? Wouldn't it be better to take surveys and listen to what customers have to say? Other banks are more responsive. I only feel stress do not have. ::Nowadays, there are only ATMs, so if you want to find counter service, you have to go to a far away place, which is inconvenient. It's extremely crowded and has a different image from the old banks. Anything tablet. Old people don't like it and the wait time is too long.
