  I've been coming here since it opened. Due to work, it was difficult to get a reservation because the last day of the week was 6:30 p.m., so I usually made reservations about a month in advance. The doctor is kind and the hygienist is also nice. The two receptionists from the opening were very friendly and nice, but the receptionist after that was not so good. but! Speaking of 2023, when I tried to make a reservation for 6:30pm in September, I was told that I could only take reservations until the beginning of 2024. I thought this was a little impossible, so I changed dentists. It's a bit strange to only be able to get it off like that.Oh, by the way, I was able to get my fillings removed many times, and after having them put them back on, it became a decisive decision.

  If I made an appointment when the clinic opened, there would be almost no waiting time, so if I needed anything, I would be able to see the doctor, but when I got a tooth removed, I called and was told that I would only be able to see the doctor in 3 days. Previously, if it was an emergency, you could be seen on the same day by the receptionist, but perhaps this is because the receptionist has changed, or perhaps the doctor's policy has changed. There were other things I wanted to discuss, but they wouldn't listen to me unless I made an appointment for another day.I won't write about it because it would be long, but there were other things that I wanted to talk about, such as poor service and high prices, so I'm not going.   I've been coming here since it first opened, and I don't feel that the reception staff is as bad as others have said. It is well equipped and very clean. They take pictures of the inside of your mouth to show you what it looks like before and after treatment, and they explain the treatment using 3D models, making it easy to understand so you can feel at ease. I would like to continue to take care of you in the future. Due to its popularity and reservations, it may be difficult for first-time patients or those with an emergency to receive same-day treatment.

  The treatment was good and they were able to handle emergency treatment, but the woman at the reception was terrible. I was getting irritated when I tried to ask about reservations. Just being told that there are no vacancies... We are unable to accommodate your reservation. I tried to make a reservation by phone, but even when I tried to make a reservation, I have never had an honest connection with you, I call back over and over again. Are you picking up the phone? I'm starting to doubt it. The facilities are clean and the teachers are nice. It is very disappointing.
