I was told that there would be a fee to reissue a cash card, so when I asked if it would be ok for me to create a new account and issue a new one, the woman at the counter was replaced by a man who seemed to be of a slightly higher rank. However, I was shocked to find out that the person in charge was replaced and I was treated as a "complainer." I think there are a lot of ●● complaints in jobs that deal with money, but I was surprised at how harsh the complaints judgment was.
