::The dentures I had made for my front teeth eight months ago broke in two, so I called to have them fixed right away. When I explained the details in detail, I was told, ``The warranty for dentures is 6 months, right? There's no one in charge right now, so I'll call you back.'' I had to wait for over an hour. The person in charge called me and said, "Is this your next reservation? When are you available?" Huh? I immediately asked for something to be done about my dentures, but they never took over, and I had to explain everything from the beginning. Then, every time I said one word, I had an exaggerated reaction like, ``Ha~! Unun, yes, yes!'', which made it difficult to talk. When I went to the hospital, the receptionist had her mask pulled down to her chin, her whole face exposed, heavy makeup, black eyelashes, and bright red lipstick... There was a vinyl curtain up, but later she came into the waiting room and met patients without a mask. I was really interested in him talking with his face close to mine. What's more, the nails you could see at the checkout! My nails were stretched out to about 1.5 times the size and done in a flashy manner. It left a very bad impression.
