::It's on Kumamoto Shimotori Shopping Street, not far from the hotel. The price of fruit we buy here is pretty good. Our favorite is Japanese kimchi, which is not sour at all. For some reason, we can buy the most expensive Fukuoka strawberry here for 999 yuan.

::A great market located where Shimotori arcade meets Shinshigai arcade. You can get cheap fruits, vegetables, drinks and other daily things. The store is somewhat cramped and a bit difficult to get around in but you can't beat the prices. It's always best to have cash ready here as cards are generally not accepted in three types of markets.
