However, even if I made a reservation over the phone, there were several times when I was not able to enter the room even on time due to a mistake at the reception desk. Reservations accepted at this time! That's what they say. Also, the waiting room is so small that sometimes you cannot sit.

::The clinic itself isn't bad, but the seats and slippers in the waiting room were used by people other than the patients (maybe family members?), and I couldn't sit down and there were no slippers, so I had no choice but to enter the room with my shoes on.
