  A noodle shop located in Komaeda, Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture. A chain restaurant operated and developed by International Dining Corporation, headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Both the noodles and the dipping sauce have a distinctive yuzu scent. The noodles aren't that thick, but I think the dipping sauce and flavor balance well. The chashu rice bowl is not bad, but the bowl is small and difficult to eat. Personally, I would be happy if the salty taste of the chashu was a little milder. Thank you for the meal.
