  We were there for one night only, checked in late and checked out early next morning. Check in was great, staff were lovely. Room was clean and well looked after. Overall brief but great experience.

  A few minute walk from Ueno station. Friendly staff, rooms are very nice. Free wireless, and free loaner smartphone with unlimited data and calling. Would definitely stay here again

  The hotel is closed to the station and is easy to access. Room size is a bit small but it is pretty clean and tidy. Room rate is expensive which may due to the good location.

  Location just 20 second walk from subway entrance. Rooms are clean and roomy by Tokyo standards. Staff allowed us to store our luggage in the morning before we checked in. Would stay here anytime.
