  It's been a while since I went to the counter to do some business, but it was closed even though it was a weekday. If you look closely, it's lunch break from 11:30 to 12:30. I understand that this credit union is of no use to office workers. You can't use the financial services counter unless you use your precious lunch break or take a day off (because it's hard to get that day off, you have no choice but to use your lunch break), but I was scared to be cut off from that entire time... I wanted to cancel my account, but I had no choice, so I withdrew the entire balance at the ATM and went home. Until now, I had no choice but to use the service after being designated by a financial institution, so I can now cancel my contract without any hesitation.

  I used an ATM today, and no one at the counter greeted me or did anything, which was horrible.
