I stopped by because I had to pay at an ATM. I'm glad that it went smoothly because there were no other customers, but the parking lot is too small! ️

Worst response. I feel like they haven't received any business etiquette training after joining the company. Even though they took extra money when I bought the stamps, they didn't seem to feel bad about it, nor did they offer an apology or refund. Although it is my fault for not checking immediately, I think it is a shame that the item was not delivered in the first place. In addition to this, there are many other miscellaneous responses. I think they give top priority to elderly customers who appear to be seeking insurance consultations, and are not responsive to young people who work in the postal service, where they can't make any money.

The parking lot is small and always full, so you have to park on the street. We have asked for the parking lot to be expanded several times, but it is still very small.

When using the service during business hours on weekdays, the staff are kind and courteous 😁👍 The parking lot is located along a one-lane road, so it's a little difficult to get in and out. There is only one ATM outside of business hours, so there is no vending machine for postcards or stamps.

I think there may be a problem with the location, but the parking lot is only 3 spaces, including 1 wheelchair parking space, but you can park there. ♿There is a dedicated slope, but when moving from the parking lot, you will have to straddle the drain cover and the road a little, so you may feel a slight difference in steps, so I think you will need assistance. Other than that, it's the same as other post offices, and I think the staff are very responsive. P.S. I actually used the counter for the procedure. The female staff members responded quickly and accurately regarding the procedures, and the staff members greeted them when they came to the store without forcing them to take a numbered ticket, so even elderly customers could It seems like you can do the procedure without worrying. Although it's only 1 tatami mat, there is also a kids space, so you can bring your children along.
