There were 3 employees and the cashier didn't come even though there was a line. Do not be silly! ︎

When I asked a store employee named Aoki for fried food, she refused and said that they did not accept fried food. I won't go there again

A slightly older man had a bad attitude at the cash register. Didn't say a word the whole time Isn't it fun to just pay at a convenience store? They don't even tell you the amount, and they cut the receipt into pieces, so tear it up. rude attitude It's a store that I've been curious about for a while and avoided as much as possible. I'll never go again.

Because it is located at a busy road intersection, it can be difficult to get in and out, especially in the morning and evening. Also, it's not the convenience store's fault, but there are times when cars stopping to pick up and drop off students from cram schools that clearly aren't there for the purpose of shopping. Again, it's not the convenience store's fault, but a suspicious man (I think he was just trying to get change) was fiddling with the change slots of the vending machines along the road near the convenience store. Sometimes it passes through like a haze, which is creepy. The customer service of the store staff was courteous and good, and I had a strong impression that the store was thoroughly trained, but convenience store clerks seem to be in an industry where there is a lot of turnover, and some of them are good while others are not so good. Since it is a service industry, I think greetings such as "Welcome" and "Thank you" are basic, but there are some employees who are unmotivated and don't even say hello. It's a shame that even if a store has good employees, the presence of some of them will give a bad impression of the store itself.

All store staff are undergoing training. I ordered a halo halo summer soda and fruit ice. Even though I waited, it didn't come out. If you look inside, you'll just be standing in front of an ice cream machine. What I brought was halo-halo and fruit ice with a bit of ice cream on top. eh? If I say so, will you increase it? and. Isn't there a manual? There is, right? saw it for the first time. It's that bad. I will never go there again.
