  This is a capsule hotel with a sauna. I was able to walk from both Nagasaki Station and Chinatown. The sauna is very hot, and you must be a very advanced user to stay in the sauna for 10 minutes. The best part was the frozen sauna, which has temperatures below -20℃. It was the first time that my downy hair started freezing from the moment I entered. Since it's a capsule hotel, the room is extremely small, but I didn't mind as I fell asleep immediately after relaxing in the sauna. Breakfast is a Western set meal. The thick sliced ​​toast was very delicious. Considering that it is a set with one of the best saunas in Nagasaki City, it is definitely recommended over a half-hearted business hotel.

  It's about 15 to 30 minutes walk from Nagasaki Station, but it's close to the station, but it depends on the traffic and number of people. Although I felt that the TV in the capsule hotel was a little intrusive, the futon was comfortable and I was able to sleep well in my closed private room. Also, the people at the front desk were kind and polite, providing guidance and other assistance, so I thought they had a strong mental spirit. Prices fluctuate depending on the season and availability, so if you're concerned about it, it's a good idea to check in advance.

  I'm glad this was my first capsule hotel. I've been avoiding capsule hotels due to security issues, but there's nothing to worry about, and all I need is a short break and some sleeping facilities, so for me, it's a reasonable stay with a sauna included. I was completely satisfied with the result. It felt a little hot inside the capsule, so it would have been nice to have a room where I could cool down before going to bed. The sauna is hot and has an autoroll over a short span, so it heats up quite quickly. Perhaps because of that, the water bath is set at a slightly lukewarm temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius. The extremely cold sauna after wiping your body is refreshing. After getting a little bit of heat in the ultra-cold sauna, there is an air-conditioned front room where you exit the sauna, and it is a comfortable space with a nice scent of cypress. There is water in the changing room, tea and coffee drink servers in the rest area, and the facilities are satisfactory. There are separate shoe boxes for guests and those for sauna users, so when you go out, you have to leave your locker key, receive the shoe box key, take out your shoes, and leave them at the front desk again before going out, which can be a bit troublesome. There will be cleaning between 11:00 and 2:00 pm, so you won't be able to return to your capsule during this time, so if you're staying for multiple nights, you'll need to plan your schedule accordingly.
