Just follow the directions on the paper to download Japan Postal Service into your phone with the screenshot of the QR code, and once the information for each item is loaded into the system, then you can make your labels by holding your phone over their QR code reader once the Japan Postal sends you the code thru the email. It helps you understand the requirements for shipping both in English and Japanese on the same paper, opposite sides. Also you can pay your bills here, do banking here with Yuchyo banking card, and statement booklet. I believe 4 different variety statement booklets are available. And you can take care of paying your monthly life insurance here as well. All staff are very friendly and helpful.
