  I also used two other financial institutions today for errands. I don't think the other places were particularly good, but the customer service at the Higashi Kakogawa branch was unfriendly, and when I was called today, there was a slightly older person there. I feel that the Higashi Kakogawa branch is by far the worst. There is a coin-operated parking lot in a remote area, and only 40 minutes are free, so I was nervous because it was crowded. I make all my withdrawals here, so it's hard to change now, but even if I use the Kakogawa branch, the parking lot is inconvenient, so I'm thinking of moving to another financial institution. If possible, I don't want to go to Minato Bank's Higashi Kakogawa branch.
