    The plastic surgery I went to after being referred by a dermatologist was the worst. Doctor's attitude is bad. Always a bit angry. When I tried to ask him about his medical condition in detail, he started talking in an angry manner as if he were making fun of me.     Yesterday, I went to the coronavirus outpatient clinic. After being asked to wait in the car for 15 minutes, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Please pick up your medicine at the previous pharmacy. (Instructed to park in the parking lot and wait in the car) My medicine hasn't arrived even after 30 minutes from the pharmacy. When I contacted the pharmacy, they responded immediately and listened to my concerns. He said he had not received any communication from the hospital regarding the prescription of medicine. This includes high fever, joint pain, headache, and sore throat. I had to wait because I was in a very bad condition. Maybe it can't be helped because it's a coronavirus outpatient clinic, but I wonder why they didn't contact the last pharmacy. It's a shame because I was hospitalized a few years ago and the treatment there was very good. The outpatient nurses and my doctor are not very responsive on the phone, and I am left waiting in a terrible state of mind, wondering if it is coronavirus or not. I would like to see thorough measures taken to ensure that this kind of thing does not happen in the future.

    The orthopedic surgeon and nurses treated me very well. Thank you for your prompt and kind response. I didn't think the receptionist was very helpful as it was administrative work, but the teachers and nurses were good and I will be using them again.
