  On my first trip to Hokkaido, I tried many different ice creams and soft serve ice creams, but this one was by far the most delicious. Apparently they use milk called Okoppe Milk, which has a mild sweetness, but still has a strong flavor. It's different from the typical sweet soft serve ice cream. The croissant is also a dish that is crispy on the outside, fluffy and moist on the inside, and has an irresistible buttery flavor and aroma. I was impressed when I stuffed my face with freshly baked food on the day I arrived at the airport (morning flight), bought it on the day I left (afternoon flight), and tried to eat it on the plane, but it was sold out... It was a very popular item 😭 In addition to soft serve ice cream and croissants, they also have cheese and sweets, so I'd like to try those next time.

  I had a soft serve ice cream made with Hokkaido milk! It was sweet and rich! The other sweets looked delicious too!

  Bottled milk and soft serve ice cream are sold at a small counter. I was hungry, so I ordered the croissant sandwich and milk set (800 yen), and the buttery croissant, moist egg, and ham had a gentle texture and was delicious. The milk from Okoppe was also delicious.

  At my wife's request, I bought croissants and buttermilk chiffon cake to take home. I received a set of Okoppe fermented butter croissant and drink to eat by myself. A croissant costs 324 yen, and hot milk costs 300 yen for a whopping 500 yen. It's a good deal. The croissant also had a buttery flavor and was delicious. The hot milk was also delicious. Next time I would like to try the soft serve ice cream as well.
