    Quite very difficult to call this little space a 'Jido-yuuen(which means children's playground)'. For goodness' sake, this place doesn't even have a BENCH for kids to sit on. You see those two stone stools(there are two but looks like my picture only got one... the small thing on the bottom right)? That's it for this place. The obsession of Chiyoda-ku with children's playground reminds me of two possibilities; 1) They really love children 2) They have a conflict of interest concerning construction of these... little things. If you look at the places in real, though, I can't help thinking about the latter. I dearly hope it is not true.
