    The explanation given by the middle-aged woman at the counter was too detailed. It takes an unusually long time to convey a simple message. Moreover, they keep repeating the exact same thing over and over again. Even when customers say, ``I've heard the same thing before, so it's okay,'' they keep saying the same thing, and I get tired of it.
