  Of course, there are both kind and unkind people. I fell into the latter category. I was treated in a very unpleasant way, treated coldly like a bureaucrat, and without any detailed explanation.I just can't do it. They simply handed me a piece of paper saying that the rules had changed. I will never go there again.
