Normal compared to Tanaka soba. I wonder if there will be a repeat? I had the Yamagata spicy miso. I didn't feel good eating there because the inside of the restaurant wasn't cleaned properly.

Yamagata spicy miso ramen is exquisite. At first I thought it would be a bit spicy, but it gradually became sweeter and went well with the thick noodles, making it even more delicious than I expected.

Delicious pork soup The chewy flat curly noodles are delicious. Lunchtime service is also available. It is unknown whether there is a parking lot or not. I used a nearby coin parking lot.

I was thinking of going to Menya Kiwami, which I was interested in, and when I arrived in front of the store, the curtain was not open. Wait, is it temporarily closed? ? While I was thinking that, a customer came out from inside. I thought the shutter was up, so I thought it was open, but when I opened the entrance door, I saw that it was open without a curtain saying "Welcome!" I ordered Yamagata Spicy Miso Ramen from the ticket machine, and while I was waiting while fiddling with my smartphone, it arrived. . When I took a sip of the soup, the spicy balls, which had no miso flavor, dissolved, and when I took another sip, the fishmeal came out. The noodles don't match, and I feel like I have to pay for the parking lot.

Tanaka soba store opened in Misato. Kitakata-style is Tanaka Shoten's second brand of tonkotsu ramen, and there are long lines. However, in Soka, there are "Kiwa" and "Kaoru"! The owner who trained at the Tanaka soba store opened it, so it's basically the same type of business. I've been there many times, but I haven't raised it yet. The meat rice served at lunch is delicious in a kabayaki style with a hint of Japanese pepper. The char siu is also Kitakata style and melty. It's convenient because you can eat near the station without having to wait in line.
