  Ramen and gyoza set 1100¥ The ramen was very delicious as the soup was rich and thick, and noodles were also thick which I like.

  Gondo store in Buson. It's inside the arcade. There are many counter and table seats, and depending on the day there is also outside seating, so the capacity is large. The special Buson soba is topped with all of Buson soba. Contains 3 slices of chashu, seaweed, a heaping amount of green onions, menma, and a boiled egg. The visual looks like Jiro. The soup has a rich seafood flavor. The seafood-based tsukemen soup is mixed with a split soup to make it milder, and then the ramen is added in for a delicious flavor. If you want to try tsukemen but don't want to feel heavy after eating thick noodles, this ramen is for you.

  *Visited on July 3, 2022 [King Chinese noodles] I ate tanmen earlier, but I didn't have enough, so I went to the noodle shop Buson near the hotel. I've been to this restaurant twice in the past, and they have a wide variety of dishes including soy sauce, salt, miso, etc. While I was thinking about it for a bit, I found a menu recommended by Shinshu Menyukai, and ordered the recommended ``King Chinese Soba'' with green onions and pepper. The black pepper was definitely effective, and the crispness of the green onions made a good impression. Personally, I like this char siu and would recommend it. *Visited on December 6, 2015 [Special chin soup ramen]

  Tried their 赤鬼 (Red Devil) Buson soba. We chose levels 2 and 3 for the spiciness, and it was legit hot! 👹🌶🍜 Tastes like the broth is a mixture of mainly pork and some fish. If you happen to visit Gondo, this is a must try!

  Very tasty soup soba. The soup is very nice. Especially the fish soup, it tastes very sweet. The service from the ramen chief and the waitress are great. Even the noodles are a bit soft but I still recommend this restaurant.
