::I went there on a business trip! We are proud to have the most delicious ramen in Nagasaki! Good taste, good aroma, and good price! I have nothing to say!

::Special Fuki Ramen! The soup was lukewarm, but the freshly boiled noodles were warm. delicious. This is the taste of Nagasaki tonkotsu ramen. I guess it contains chin soup stock. I also agree that there are no substitutes. I ate it all at once. It was a feast. There are some places where the menu is difficult to understand. I thought it would be nice to have a system that allows me to add things like garlic later.

::I've been curious about it for a while, and this was my first time going there. The store was calm and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was thinking of ordering ramen, but they had tsukemen, so I ordered that. It's a light type, and you can change the flavor by adding yuzu and pepper. Each item, such as boiled eggs and menma, had a strong flavor and was carefully prepared. Personally, the green onion grilled pork rice was very delicious! ! I also wanted to try other ramen and bowls!

::The other day, I went to ``Menya Fuki'' for the first time to eat ramen. This time I ordered tonkotsu soft-boiled egg ramen🍜 Although it was tonkotsu, it was surprisingly light and easy to eat, and the noodles were thin and intertwined well with the soup, making it very delicious. (I drank all the soup lol) Personally, the soft-boiled eggs at this shop were very delicious! The store had semi-private rooms, and it was a comfortable and stylish store. (I think there were surprisingly many couples as well) Repeat is inevitable!

::Pretty cozy location and fast service. There is an English handwritten menu, though the menu items aren't complete compared to the Japanese one. The ramen was good, there's plenty of meat and sprouts (more than a third of the bowl - i initially had to look for the noodles haha!). Gyoza is the normal one I usually get anywhere
