Today with spicy tandan noodles? I ordered the limited whimsical set (mini fried rice) and Dandan noodles without soup and waited for 5 minutes. In any case, it's early. 😃 In order: spicy dandan noodles (5 times spicier than normal), soupless dandan noodles, and mini fried rice bowl. I love Sibikara so I took a sip of the soup. It's so spicy that it makes your tongue numb A striking soup. It was outstanding with thick noodles. Even if the food is delicious, it's not good if the service is bad, but Mr. Kaen is very satisfied with the customer service. The moment you drop a mini fried rice spoon on the floor, the staff will immediately bring you a new one, and the staff will pick up the spoon from the floor at the same time, and the staff will provide you with a new spoon without hesitation. This is a restaurant selected for 2023 100 Famous Ramen Shops. It is difficult to visit on foot as it is far from the station. This time I visited by car. There is a shared parking lot in front of the store. When I visited around 12:30, there were about 15 people waiting. There is a waiting board in the store so you can sign up and wait. Your name will be called when it is your turn. Waited about 25 minutes to enter the store. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and simple, with counter seats, table seats, and tatami seats. The rice bowl arrived in about 4 minutes after ordering. From the moment you put the bowl on, the spicy aroma of chili peppers and the refreshing aroma of strong Japanese pepper tickle your nose. The sauce has a sesame flavor, is rich, rich, and creamy. Meat miso is coarsely ground meat that is sweet and spicy. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a wavy feel. It had a chewy texture and was satisfying to eat. When mixed thoroughly, the pungent taste of chili peppers and the strong numbing sensation of Japanese pepper were well balanced, and the richness of the sauce and the umami of the meat miso were added to create a deep flavor that was not only spicy but also deep. Although it is said to be 8 times the normal amount, it was not too spicy or numbing, and as I ate it, the lingering spiciness and numbness that gradually spread was pleasant, and it was just the right level of spiciness that was easy to eat. When I added the nuts afterwards, the crunchy texture and aroma became an accent. There were habanero and Japanese pepper on the table, and by adding them, I was able to feel even more spicy. Enter the store as soon as it opens! I ordered Dandan noodles without soup (chilled) for 1,000 yen. I asked for it to be less spicy. After a while, the rice bowl will be served! Ingredients are minced meat, boiled egg, ginger, green onion, perilla leaves, nuts on a separate plate, and grated garlic for a different taste. The noodles are medium thick and firm. Because it is served cold, the texture of the noodles is even more appealing! Is the sauce based on sweet noodle sauce? Royal taste. Refreshing spiciness and chilled noodles Perfect for early summer and very delicious! When there was a Kaen-san near JR Takatsuki Station, I had the normal soupless dandan noodles and they were quite spicy, so this time I made the right decision to make it less spicy. ::best tantanmen which I know. balance of soup hotness, noodle softness, it is perfect. add hanasansho if you want to make more hot. also fried rice is very good. the problem is the place is far from any station, parking lot is small. because of the COVID problem, now opens at 11:00-14:30 only at weekdays. you can have a dinner at weekend. holidays at monday and tuesday.
