I wish they were soaked in cold water and ice water a little more! Having eaten so many different types of tsukemen, the soup was rich but a bit salty, which was disappointing. However, the restaurant has a good atmosphere and has counter and table seats. Also, the rich tsukemen comes with a boiled egg topping, so it's worth the price of 1,000 yen! Large servings of noodles are free, and I got regular (350g) and large (450g?) servings, but they were plenty. I might have eaten more if I was hungry, but the staff was cheerful and polite and made me feel at ease! Thank you for the meal.
