  241017 I ordered the rich soy sauce chicken paitan soba. The thick soup is delicious. Unfortunately, the chashu looked like meatballs and chicken ham. It was a great meal😋.

  I visited for lunch when I went to the prefectural office. It's located in a residential area, and the building is plain, so I got a little lost. I ordered the rich chicken paitan SOBA, which was treated as the most standard at the ticket vending machine. I expected the soup to be rich, but instead I was enjoying the richness of the chicken, which was different from what I expected. I think this one brings out the flavor of the ingredients better, but I guess I'm just an idiot, and I felt it was bland. The noodles were also soft, which was not to my liking. It's just a matter of preference.

What is chicken paitan and soy sauce? I thought so, but when I tried it, it made sense. Although it was based on chicken hot water, you could really taste the soy sauce, but it wasn't overly soy and had just the right amount of seasoning. Although the noodles are straight, they have a good texture, and I also ordered the chicken tempura bowl on the side, which was also delicious with just the right amount of sauce mixed with the rice. It was a bit different from the strong ramen shops that are common these days, and the ramen was refreshing even after the meal. Also, since it is located in a residential area, it may be difficult to find it without a navigation system. There is a signboard at the intersection where you enter the store, but be careful as it is a little hard to see.

When you enter the store, hand your meal ticket to the staff. The kanji for the store means "in the middle of a residential area." There is a small signboard where you enter the residential area from Prefectural Route 118 Tsukui Line. Parking is available in front of the store. If you live in an apartment, there is a second parking lot a little further back. There is a signboard at the store
