::We were so happy with how responsive and helpful the staff was with our requests during booking. The rooms were comfortable with great amenities, and our stay was satisfying. The location is also very convenient and close to Tokyo station.

::The hotel was fantastic. It had all the amenities and facilities that we needed throughout our stay in Tokyo. It was an added bonus to have a major shopping district down the road from the hotel. What made it better was just a 10-15 minute walk and you were at the major Tokyo Station where you could get to any place withing Tokyo and the surrounding areas. The hotel room was nothing but amazing. Yes it was a little small, however, that is noticed in many hotels in Japan. The breakfast was good, however, more options would be nice.

::Stayed here in February and it was perfect! Central location in Ginza, and close to the subway too. As it is located in the back streets, it was also quiet. Plenty of food options around the area. I noted some reviews saying the room was very dark, but we didn't think so. Perhaps the hotel did some upgrades to improve the situation. We also got a larger room and it was very comfortable.

::Great location, modern hotel and friendly staff. Probably considered spacious for Tokyo, check in and out was easy, staff was friendly and organized luggage forwarding for us. The hotel also had complimentary drinks and snacks for Accor club members during the afternoons which was a bonus.

::The not so good: Rooms weren't as big but comfortable. The good: Friendly and helpful staffs. Very attention to details when acknowledging Accorplus status and benefits. Small gesture for our honeymoon and anniversary was unexpected. Really did make our holiday a memorable one. Location was great.
