::I love it so much!! ︎ This is my favorite out of all the ramen shops right now! The noodles, soup, and meat are all delicious! The taste of hot spring eggs is so amazing that it will make your brain juices flow! It's extremely addictive, so if I had it in my neighborhood, I'd probably end up eating too much, which would be a big problem...! The seats are spacious and it's easy to go even for women, so I can recommend it to everyone ◎

::Beni Doka Vegetables (1180 yen) + Benidon (390 yen) Spicy. This level of spiciness makes the soup drinkable. Personally, I have a hard time comparing it to Pork Nova, but when I want to go for a "snack", I choose Nova for the difference in nose, and Beni for the taste (spiciness) and overall power. We are very fortunate to have several high-quality ramen restaurants in our neighborhood. *As of August 18th, the new 1000 yen bill has not been inserted into the ticket vending machine.

::【2024.7】 I had Beni Ramen (950 yen). The soup is a combination of flavorful animal-based miso and a deep blend of miso. The complex and straight spiciness that is added to it creates an exciting spicy flavor. The randomly-cut noodles come in a mix of 7 different thicknesses, and you can enjoy the texture as if they dance in your mouth. Every time I eat this noodle, I am reminded that the noodles are the main character of ramen. Tender pork belly is also essential to this soup and noodles. It sticks to the soup much more than regular chashu, making this ramen more satisfying.

::Fairly large noodle shop. Their signature dish is the spicy miso noodles, made not with ramen but with thicker cut noodles. The miso broth is thick. Instead of one big piece of char siu you get a dollop of thinly sliced pork. It's tasty and serves are large. More upmarket than your average noodle shop, a nice touch is the chilled water served with an ice ball.
