::For my husband who loves miso ramen I went on Father's Day I arrived 10 minutes early because I didn't want it to be crowded. I was worried because there was no one in the parking lot. It was full when we opened! I thought I wasn't good at miso ramen, but the miso ramen here wasn't spicy, but I was able to enjoy the taste of miso and it was really delicious. Conquer miso ramen! The staff are also bright and have great customer service... It was a store that I would like to go to again.

::Revisited in March 2024 Since it's a miso ramen shop, I felt like they didn't put much effort into the fried rice. Visited alone after work in August 2023 I had the Shinshu miso ramen. The soup, noodles, and salt concentration were perfectly balanced and it was very delicious. As expected, this is a miso ramen specialty store. I would like to try a different miso ramen next time. Thank you for the meal.

::The best miso ramen I've had in Japan so far! There are varieties from many different regions of Japan, I personally recommend the Hokkaido one. The chashu (pork) is very generous and tender. The broth is thick and delicious. You can add more toppings for an additional price, but the base was already enough for me and the portion size is pretty good. The chahan side is fantastic as well. The interior has tables with chairs and tables with floor seating. The menu is in Japanese only, but there are prices and photos on it so it's relatively easy to order even if you don't understand Japanese. I've been there many times, it never disappoints!
