::My parents were treated by a gastroenterologist, but I could tell that the doctor was easily angry and irritated. It wasn't a very good hospital.

::I had a liver surgery and there was a great doctor called Dr. Higashi. The aftercare was also good. The other doctors also kindly recommend him.

::I was disappointed in the response of the male hospital director. During the interview, I was irritated from beginning to end, wondering why I didn't act sooner or why I didn't come to the hospital sooner. I was questioned all the time. Unlike doctors, patients have little medical knowledge, so it is difficult to make judgments.Furthermore, I was in an emotionally difficult situation due to my illness, and it was painful both physically and mentally when the doctors I had relied on irritated me. There were things on display that had been published in newspapers and written about various activities. He probably has a great background, but he is not able to be close to the patients. It gave the impression that there was no dialogue. I'm sure he's talented, but I wasn't a good fit. Also, he seems to be the type of person who thinks his own idea is the most correct, so dialogue doesn't work. I also didn't feel very comfortable with the way the nurses treated me. There was a lot of language used from above.

::I'm currently in the hospital for tests, but I'm glad I'm here. To be honest, my husband and I were at a loss as to where to go, so we came to this hospital. The doctors are kind and the nurses are all very kind, so I feel safe in the hospital. My mother has been taking care of me here for a long time, and I also went to the internal medicine and rehabilitation clinic 6 or 7 years ago, so I was able to meet the rehabilitation doctor at that time and it was nostalgic.

::Due to the coronavirus pandemic. Unable to find a place to take my daughter, who was suffering from persistent diarrhea and becoming dehydrated, she finally went to see a doctor. Miya Medical University, where I have a disability and epilepsy, would not accept me and I had no familiarity with the area, so I looked at the map and made phone calls whenever I could. Although I didn't have a fever in the morning, I was diagnosed with a fever at the clinic and might be turned away. I was nervous, but they took an antigen test and gave me an intravenous drip. I didn't need an intravenous drip, and the nurse had to help, but she didn't give up and took care of me until the end. At first, the gastrointestinal doctor only glanced at me and told me the details of the prescription, so I think that placed a heavy burden on the nurses who took care of me. Still, I admired him because he seemed to be enjoying his work. After that, the dehydration could not be cured with intravenous drip alone, and he was admitted to Miya Medical University for two weeks. The diarrhea did not stop for a month, but he was able to eat again and was followed up by a gastroenterologist. During the coronavirus pandemic, I could imagine a situation in which people could endanger their lives by not being able to receive the necessary treatment, but in the end, they relied on the instructions of a powerful doctor and the common sense of the nurses entrusted with the work. I think that saved me.
