  When Kinopio, the toy store on the second floor, closed, the game center on the second floor also disappeared. I want ignorant people to put in a lot of money and make a profit, so there's no way the business people will tell the truth lol. The second floor is really quiet and easy to shop.   I really can't get to the game center on the second floor! I played a game with my child where the prize was a Pokemon card or Nintendo Switch (a game where you push a ball in a square hole with a stick), but I spent 9,000 yen and couldn't get it... A contractor was just coming and making adjustments, and I asked him how to do it, and I tried several times, but I couldn't get it to work... In that game, we were told that the ball would not fall unless the stick went in the middle, and we were told to make sure it didn't hit the four corners, etc. I'm right in the middle! Even if you think about it, there is a system where the stick stops when you lightly touch the ball. When I mentioned this to the vendor, he firmly told me, ``If you say too much, it will be a complaint!'' The prizes were expensive items such as Pokemon cards and Nintendo Switches, but not only did I not get them, but the attitude of the seller was unpleasant!   Used around 11pm. Regarding customer service by the cashier, the female employee did not greet or say thank you from beginning to end, even though there were no other customers and it was not crowded, and she had an unmotivated and troublesome expression on her face. Although my occupation is different, I'm a restaurant manager...As someone who works in the same customer service industry, I thought it didn't feel good. Although the customer service of the early morning lady was good, the customer service of the female employee was very disappointing. If you're going to have this unpleasant experience, I think it's better to do it yourself at the self-checkout. On the second floor there is Daiso, a toy corner, an arcade, clothes, and more.
