  The receptionist's response is terrible. Even though there are a lot of staff, no one will come to the reception desk unless you say "excuse me". Whenever I ask something, I get an unpleasant response like “Huh?”. Even though I'm worried about my health and feel depressed, the first person I meet at the reception desk is like that, which makes me really uncomfortable. My father was asked to produce his long-term care insurance card, but for a moment he didn't know which insurance card it was, and when he replied that he might not have one, he said, "Huh? I can't be sure." The cashier was also unpleasant, spoke in a voice so low that I couldn't hear her, and had no expression on her face. It is better not to use this place. It's the worst hospital.

  Doctors have a wealth of knowledge and experience and can provide clear treatment plans. Furthermore, referrals to other core hospitals are quick. The nurses also share the patient's symptoms with the doctor and are extremely considerate towards the patient.
