I was able to send the item at the central post office and other post offices, but when the clerk here measured it, I was told that it could not be sent because it was too large. Furthermore, another item was almost sent one size larger. The method of measurement is clearly incorrect. We recommend that you do not send Yu-Pack here. Also, the excellent and kind male staff members I had before are gone, and only the stingy director who only cares about money remains. It's not normal here

  It's a nice post office where there aren't many people using it, so you don't have to wait, and the staff are kind.
