  I wish they would stop making reservations for more people than they can handle. There was a long wait even though I had made a reservation. It's unpleasant to be told to go on to the next treatment without proper treatment and then have to pay for it. The teacher's attitude toward the hygienist is also bad, or rather moody. How are you going to work together if you don't even reply? All of the good staff are gone, and I guess that's telling. You should teach the girl at the reception how to handle phone calls first. If you handle phone calls like that, we will fail.
