Not only this hospital, but all hospitals and clinics have a cold attitude, and the response is over. They only see mentally ill patients as tools to make money. To be honest, hospitals are unreliable. Rather than relying on the hospital, it is much better for you to have confidence and increase your self-esteem, even if it's just the smallest evidence. I also think it's better to have hope, no matter how small. I think the most important thing is to have a strong will to heal yourself. Not everyone alive has the need to think that they are no good. I think it's amazing just to be alive and not get caught up in the outcome. There is value in being alive. I want you to have more confidence in yourself.

::I have been going to the hospital and being hospitalized for over 10 years. I think the reception has improved since then. In the past, even if you felt unwell, you could see a doctor other than your primary care physician, but now it is said that this is not possible. The examination takes only a few minutes, depending on the doctor. I just don't like being forced to go to day care when I have a doctor's appointment. It was so annoying that I went there, but the young staff seemed unreliable. In any case, the staff are very kind to old stock users. I'm not keen on new people. I was told that I could sit in any empty chair in a hall-like area, so when I tried to sit on it, I was told that ○○-san was sitting here, so I wasn't allowed to sit. There are unspoken rules among users. When I used it, the coronavirus was in full swing, and many people were wearing NO masks, which made me feel uncomfortable. There's quite a bit of damage. My health deteriorated, so I gave up some excuse and stopped going.

::Three years ago, I was hospitalized on the third floor of the east wing. What's amazing is how luxurious the food is! It's so delicious that you'll think it's a restaurant, and the menu is extensive, and sometimes you can request a menu where you can choose between two menus. Thanks to this diet, I was able to have a comfortable stay in the hospital. All the nurses were enthusiastic, especially the male nurses. He scolded me when I acted recklessly due to positive symptoms, and praised me when I calmed down. Therefore, I was able to recover peacefully. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much. I'm also really grateful to them for taking care of all the procedures when I was admitted to the hospital, and for navigating me through independence support medical care and updating my disability certificate even after I was discharged! Also, there is a peculiarity in the prescription of medicines; ``If we try to eliminate auditory hallucinations, the side effects will make it impossible for us to live, so we purposely reduce the amount of medicines we take,'' (according to his doctor). The symptoms are painful, but the side effects have calmed down to nothing more than trembling in the hands, so this may be the case. However, I think the examination policy may be unsatisfactory for some people. So, although I cannot wholeheartedly support the transfer, I think it is a fairly conscientious hospital. If you are visiting the hospital for the first time or are transferring to another hospital, why not consider this option?
