好きサワー
::The entrance to the store is a little dark, but the inside has an old-fashioned atmosphere and is not dark. The snacks and soba noodles were also delicious. In terms of quantity, I like a large serving of soba, but I think it varies from person to person.
湊
::I had the Musashino udon. Dark udon that you don't see in Niigata. This was delicious! The meat juice was too salty, just right. You can relax in the calm atmosphere of the store.
青まり
::I ordered the Wasabi Isokiri Masu Seiro. The soba noodles had the scent of the ocean and were chewy, and the wasabi leaves had a strong spiciness and were very delicious. There were some parts where the noodles were stuck together, but I was satisfied. I was able to spend a good time until the end thanks to the courteous customer service of the female staff. I would like to visit you again when I have something to do at Higashimurayama Station.
46号 KUMA
::This is a soba and udon restaurant located 4 minutes walk from the east exit of Higashimurayama Station. The interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere, with tables that are quite old. The gravy udon is a slightly flat noodle handmade from local flour that is chewy and goes well with the sweet gravy soup.
Debby Ratnasari
::They made soba and udon by theirself. So delicious! Gonna come again to try other menu
