  This is just my personal opinion, but the dental hygienist was a good person, but the male and female dentists were dishonest. I was asked to bring a toothbrush because I was going to be examined for periodontal disease and given toothbrushing instructions, so I prepared for it, but the only treatment I had on that day was cleaning my upper teeth. After the treatment, I was interviewed by a male doctor, and when I told him that the treatment was different from what I had been told last time, he told me to wait, and after being left alone for over 10 minutes, he went to another doctor without saying a word to me. He was undergoing treatment. Before you go to someone else's place, shouldn't you say something like, ``Sorry for keeping you waiting. Someone else in charge will explain it to you.'' Shortly after, the female dentist who was in charge last time came and told me that she was going to give me an exam and teach me how to brush my teeth. This is a normal response even though I have been taking up my precious holiday time, and even more time is being taken up due to the lack of handover on the hospital side. I won't complain if there is nothing, but isn't it too much of a lord's business? I was asked to bring a toothbrush as well, so even though I had brought one, she said, ``I'll prescribe a toothbrush for the lesson, are you sure?'' and almost made me buy one. (I guess that's not your intention) I was told that my next appointment would be for a regular checkup, but I went home without making an appointment. Personally, I don't plan on going there anymore. However, I had my wisdom teeth removed here and there were no problems, and since my child has a lot of misalignment, I think the technique and usual treatment are good. I was very disappointed because I wish they had taken over the situation properly.

  The other night, I suddenly woke up with a throbbing pain and the pain didn't go away, so I received it. Even though I called on the same day, I was told that I would be able to see the doctor, so I was called to the clinic after waiting about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The doctor in charge of my surgery was a young man, and after listening carefully to my story, he decided to take an X-ray of my face and examine my nerves. After the treatment, the pain was completely gone and I felt really relaxed. I'm really grateful that you didn't refuse to see me even though it was crowded and even though I called on the same day.
