  I was on a business trip and my accommodation was nearby, so I've used it many times, and the staff at the cash register and service counter are polite and easy to ask questions about, so I feel comfortable using it. This is a common thing when it comes to customer service, but supermarkets these days don't really do that, so even if you're not local, it's a reason I keep coming back.

  I will never go there again. As I was loading my car at the last minute, a male employee kept looking at me while holding a no-parking guard. That's fine so far, but while looking at me, I press something metal against the no-parking guard I'm holding and make a sound, yelling "Kan kan kan kan!" as if to hurry. Even though the store is in a residential area. However, the time was 20:57, three minutes before closing. It was very unpleasant.

  I would like to thank Mr. S at the Maruto Nishiki store service counter for his great help. I had bad legs and used a cane, but he helped me a lot by letting me sit while he finished his errands so I didn't have to go back and forth over and over again. I was very happy. thank you very much.

  I've only used it a few times, but I think the bread (sweet pastries) and drinks (juice, etc.) are cheap. I don't know the rest because I only saw a glimpse of it. However, it was a lively and nice supermarket.
