  I only go there once in a while, but I've often seen older male clerks taking their time pasting discount stickers, although I don't know if they're being too lazy or inefficient. Because of the curb in front of the store, I have to worry about getting in and out of the bicycle parking lot.

  The cash register has been renovated and is now easier to use. However, the road from Daiyu Eight has become narrower and difficult to pass, so I wonder if it would be dangerous if the parking space over there could be reserved for pedestrians. I have to pass in front of parked cars, so it's dangerous and I'm scared of hitting my luggage with the car. It's fun to have explanations about things like fried chicken.

  The manager's attitude is too bad. The customer service is not good either, and it's hard to imagine a store manager working at such a part-time level. I'm finished as a person.

  There are really a lot of mistakes at the cash register and mistakes in price tags. Today, I bought Bulgarian yogurt because I thought it was cheap when I looked at the price tag, and when I looked at the receipt at home, it was the normal price (147 yen excluding tax). Items' price tags (or shelves) may be reversed, the previous day's price tag may still be attached, or the advertised item may not be cheap when you look at the receipt. Maybe it's my fault, but I wonder how many people notice that they've already purchased a lot of other things. I'm tired of having to go out and call each time for a few tens of yen. As someone who is in charge of the household finances, it's a big expense, but I have no choice but to give up. Because it's embarrassing. Especially since it's a store I frequent. There are a lot of good points, but I really don't like that there are so many mistakes.

  I wrote a customer feedback about the products I would like to see in stock, and I was very happy when they arrived a few days later. And Maruto's vegetables are fresh, which is great. I now have to go to the pharmacy across the street, but they leave some detergent and daily necessities for me, so it's not really an inconvenience.
