I don't think of you as a customer either. I intend to use it as a customer. Even at the same store, there are some employees who are very nice to you. I think there is a level of response no matter who you call. I would like managers to provide proper training. In the end, it's the person's problem, but the store's reputation will be lowered because of that employee.

  When I went there around 9:00 p.m., there was a 20% discount on side dishes, so I put it in my basket. Immediately after that, I saw a half-price sticker pasted on it, so I asked, ``Will this also be half-price?'' ``You can only buy the one that's on sale.'' Well, I guess that's okay... So, I went to the cash register and said, ``I'd like a credit card, please.''
