    Maruko Chinese soba with vermilion soy sauce 4 karat Maruko's ramen is the best ♡ As a spicy girl, I ordered the 4-karat, which is the spiciest in vermilion. I want to enjoy the spiciness, so I ask them to remove the Japanese pepper, which is too numbing. By the way, shu soy sauce is only available on weekdays. Thin noodles and refreshing soup. Together with the ingredients...it's the perfect balance! Boiled eggs are also delicious, so I used them as a topping. This shop has the best dressed balls! The seasoned egg has a lot of flavor, so even if you eat it alone, it's really delicious. That's why dressing balls are a must. Also... gyoza🥟 and mini Paris bowl I definitely want you to order it! ! It was light and I was able to fully enjoy the flavors of the meat, green onions, and eggs. Aedama (kaedama) is soy sauce-based and flavored, so you can eat it as is. I had half of it as is, 2 bites of it with pepper and chili sauce, and the rest with the main white soy sauce soup. It was very delicious. The duck rice was also very meaty and delicious. If you have it, you can eat it in a large bowl. I came to the store for the first time in a while in May 2024, and they had special Chinese soba, so I had it. As expected, it's delicious. There was also a lone female customer, so I think it's a restaurant that is easy for women to eat and enter.

    It’s been a while since I went to Maruko. The style has changed to buying meal tickets. I ordered Chinese soba with black soy sauce, grilled gyoza, and aedama. The black soy sauce on the Shina soba has a sharp taste. The noodles are thin, and I quite like the texture and smoothness when you slurp them down. The chashu and menma don't seem to be pushed to the front, so they're easy to eat. However, I think the soup was a little tough. It had a strong salty taste. Maybe it was a coincidence, but... There are 4 fried gyoza on a plate. The shape is stocky, plump, and thick. It's good when it's baked without too much oil. The meat was juicy, but it wasn't dripping all over the place, giving the impression that it was a muscular gyoza. The taste is not overly strong, so it has a strong but gentle taste. I think it was written as 0.5 balls of dressed balls. His style is to judge the timing and call out to the staff at the store. The seasoning wasn't too strong, so it was easy to eat. Everything tasted like it was made with care.

    I used to pass by this store and was curious about it. The affiliated Yakiniku restaurant was also great, so I visited there for lunch. It was crowded as it was a holiday afternoon. I bought a meal ticket and waited a while. You will be shown to a counter seat in about 10 minutes. When ordering, choose purple from the three types of soy sauce. The white one has duck and vegetables, the black one has duck and dried sardines, and the purple one has a duck base and ginger. After a short wait, we got the soup dumplings. This store's specialty. The large gyoza is full of filling and delicious. Enjoy while drinking non-alcoholic beer. And then the Chinese soba comes out. First, let's start with the soup. The soup with just the right amount of ginger is definitely delicious. We shared the black one, which was also a soup with just the right amount of dried sardines. It's an elegant and delicious soup without being overdone. The noodles are normal Chinese noodles that are slightly thin. This is also simple and goes well with this soup. I am very satisfied with the atmosphere inside the store and the customer service. If you're ever in the area again, please stop by and take a look.

    My favorite ramen dining place in Takasaki! The photo is dandan noodles, and it look spicy but for me it was not spicy at all (in fact, I added extra chili oil). The soup is very dense and creamy.
