  The owner's attitude is really bad. When I told them that the food (refrigerated) was spoiled, they blamed the management. They responded with a refund, but no apology. My husband and I have decided never to shop here again.

  The customer service attitude of people who seem to be employees is not good. Inventory taking is a hindrance during business hours. I don't stop taking inventory even if I want to pick up a product or pick it up. I won't go away at all. Also, people who appear to be part-timers are working hard at the cash register, but they don't seem to know that there's a line, and they do things like set up displays, organize things, and clean up the store. Need to start over with employee training
