  Professional, friendly staff in a neat, clean, welcoming atmosphere. Prices are also lower than most other waxing salons. Plus they're located in the heart of the Shibuya shopping district.

  Friendly and comforting staff, with a patient service technician (Midori-san from other reviews of this location). Sugaring was interesting, similar to waxing but with less stress on the skin. Small boutique (three/four rooms) and relatively expensive, but the treatment is worth the hassle of these low-hanging fruit. May be hard for visitors to find the location, there are no signs outside, just on the mailbox. However, it is immediately adjacent to Bershka.

  This is maybe my third or fourth time going here and Midori is definitely my go to from now on. She's super sweet and reassuring and even when I wait long in between appointments and my hair grows probably a bit too long, somehow when she does it it's not nearly as painful as I would expect. She's great! The business is clean and rooms are very private and comfortable so first timers should feel welcome.
