::Terrible, advertised English Assistance and many Google reviews to back it up. But did not have any whatsoever. Went in twice, same thing. First time for a cleaning/checkup and fitting for a retainer. Second to what I thought was just to go pick up my retainer, but then basically had a repeat appointment which took another 45min. They gave me this oversized monstrosity which was almost 3 times the price of a regular retainer. Then they tried to organise another cleaning for the following week, even though I just had one a week ago? Money grab? Really disappointed, as I really thought this would be a great dentist after reading reviews. Outdated they seem to be…

::I have been visiting the clinic for about 4 years and first several years services were great (friendly receptionist, nurses with good service, highly skilled doctors) but in recent years the receptionist got cold, some nurses (i like on nurse, she is very friendly and professional) are very rough and felt like they don't like being there (maybe i visit them after work- most people are tired). For doctors, there was very high skilled professional, but he left the place. I usually go for cleaning, and thinking about changing the place. Pay around 7500 yen every 3 months. Don't know whether it is worth it, but getting dissatisfied with their service for over the years.

::Around July last year, I made a mouthpiece to prevent bruxism. The waiting time was a little long, but the response was polite and I was impressed. My wife told me that even if I put on a mouthpiece, it wouldn't be very effective, so I would like to make this evaluation.
