For many years, my family and I have been working in internal medicine and neurosurgery. The location of the radiology department has been moved since April, and new machines such as CT and MRI have been introduced. This was my first MRI scan, so I was nervous, but the technologist was kind, so I didn't have any worries, and the test was interesting because I could hear all kinds of sounds. After that, Dr. Manaka explained about the head in a very easy-to-understand manner, and I was relieved that there was no problem this time. I would like to express my gratitude to all the outpatients for their kind and helpful treatment. Thank you for your continued support with my family 🙇‍♀️

After the hospital gave her the wrong medical checkup results, they called her to come pick up the correct ones. The phone response was also extremely rude. An arrogant lady who doesn't even give her name. You can see how popular this hospital is. Even though most of the negative reviews are due to poor telephone service, they are criticizing the customers for not making any changes.

I was a doctor on duty, so I used it late at night. A doctor named ``Miya'' examined me. This doctor is ・Do not take aggressive medications (administer the minimum necessary medications. Prescribe antiviral drugs only to high-risk patients). ・(As I was the doctor on duty, I received calls from patients with various symptoms) ``The Department of ○○ is not specialized and can only provide general treatment, so if you want specialized treatment, you should go to another hospital.'' It's better.'' etc. clearly. That's the kind of doctor he was. So, I think you can either like it or hate it. I ・Medication is kept to the minimum necessary. ・I like doctors who speak clearly. That's why I gave it a high rating, I don't think he's the right doctor for people who don't.

Examination: Doctor Manaka Visit to headache outpatient clinic What are you talking about, nurse next to you? cannot be understood without In the first place, even though I had written down my symptoms and provided my medication notebook during the interview, they just lumped me in with "I have a headache" and only suggested treatments that were contrary to my intentions. It seemed like my appointment had been mixed up with another patient's consultation, so I was about to be given his prescription medication, so I told him I didn't need it. I didn't understand, but it was what the doctor was saying, so I felt a sense of crisis that if I kept saying it, it might lead to completely unrelated treatment. Since he graduated from the University of Tokyo School of Medicine, he may be good at teaching people about the brain and the mechanism of headaches, but isn't he reaching the limit of his ability to provide medical treatment as a doctor? I felt that. It was strange to see the doctor in the examination room surrounded by about three nurses and office staff who were pointing things out to the doctor and translating for him. But since I'm dealing with a doctor, I guess I can't say anything too strongly. I hope medical errors don't occur frequently while we're doing this. . . I think the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare should consider a renewal system for medical licenses. The nurses and reception staff were good. (I could hear the nurses arguing with each other, and I realized that hospitals are just like companies, and interpersonal relationships are difficult.) I felt that unless I was transported by ambulance, I would not be able to go to the hospital.

When I was suffering from a fever and cough, I called the hospital in advance to see if I could come to the hospital, but the receptionist who answered didn't respond very well (I was asked a few questions about my age, and when I answered, I was told it was okay, and then I was told that I was fine. When I said thank you and tried to hang up, the phone cut off without saying a word, so I stopped going. Maybe the nurses etc. are good at responding, but if the person in front of them is responding like this, I don't feel like going out of my way to visit them either.
