During regular maintenance once every four months, the dentist does not show his/her face at all, and the dental hygienist only performs a quick maintenance. The doctor seems to be too busy to show his face. Aren't you making too many reservations? He's a lonely dentist who can't see his face. How about treating each patient more carefully and then talking about community-based care?
