  Great small coffee roaster in Azabu Juba. They have a large variety of beans, both blends and single origin at good prices and roast the beans per order at whatever level roast you like.

  分かりにくい入り口、中に入るとハリー・ポッターに出てくる店のような雰囲気。 緊張しながら店長に話しかけると、ニコニコしながら詳しく説明してくれる。 コピ·ルアックのように珍しいコーヒーだけでなく、手頃な値段のブレンドコーヒーも取り揃えてある。 注文が入ってから焙煎してくれるので香りがとても良い。 ペーパーで入れたのだが、お湯を少し注ぐだけでモコモコに膨らむ。
