There are restaurants, 100 yen uniforms, etc. on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and there are also greengrocers and other shops outside the store. I think it's perfect for people who want to see a lot of things. If you only shop at discount stores or convenience stores, you won't be able to find what you want to buy, so you'll end up buying it at the same time, which will end up being unpalatable, expensive, lacking in or over-nutrition, and a waste of time.
