  This is a cute cafe by the sea in Matsuyama. Used by 3 women on September 19, 2023. The outside terrace and entrance have a wonderful early American atmosphere, but when you open the door, you'll find cake showcases, baked goods showcases, and numerous tables displaying miscellaneous goods, accessories, and paper goods. This is a very stylish and fun general store and cafe. The cafe located on the ocean side is a bright cafe with ocean views from every room, from open counter seats with a view of the ocean, to indoor tables for four, and seats where pets can be brought along. Antique furniture and antique miscellaneous goods are placed here and there, making it very stylish. I had afternoon tea, which was plentiful and reasonably priced. The top plate is a cake you choose from the showcase, the middle plate is a choice of crepes & macarons, scones & yogurt, and the bottom plate is sandwiches and salads. Everything was delicious, especially the seasonal fruit tart (shine muscat and fig this time), which was fresh and full of fruit. Tea and coffee are also generously served in mug-sized portions when ordered hot, and mason jar-sized portions when ordered iced. 1,780 yen is quite reasonable for this volume. After afternoon tea, I went to the store and bought a lot of cute and stylish things, such as postcards, enamel tableware, Christmas ornaments, and paper for collages. I stopped by this cafe on my drive from Imabari to Dogo Onsen, and I plan to go there again. It is also recommended for a drive date.

  Today I took a short trip to Hojo for lunch. It's been a while since I last came... When I was 19 years old and got my driver's license, I used to drive here often. This time I wanted to take it easy, so I had the loco moco and iced coffee from the lunch menu, and after the meal I had banana cake and hot coffee 😋 The store still has a retro American style, and sells miscellaneous goods and take-out sweets.You can enjoy the 360-degree view, and you can see the ocean across the road from the store. Lunch, coffee, and cake were delicious. I was able to relax and watch people enjoying jet skis at the sea. I really like this store because the location and atmosphere are wonderful (*^-^*)

  We visited with two elderly couples. I ordered the Afternoon Tea Set Rumpus 1000 yen. This is a very stylish set. I'm too embarrassed to order by myself (⁠*⁠_⁠*⁠) The banana pie cake was delicious. The interior of the store is a comfortable American space that is spacious and relaxing. There are a variety of unique handmade goods on display, and you can feel the owner's commitment to the interior design. I thought it was a very good store!
