::Lovely place to eat in Ueno park. The food was great and midday on a weekday there were lots of space available. I will remember this pizza...it was delicious!

::STAY AWAY. They will rob you and the food is trash. They will bait you with an offer on the "paper menu" but that offer does not actually appear when you use the QR-code (the only way to order) at the table. The staff will ignore you until you order with your phone and then when the bill comes, guess what? STAY AWAY.

::On our initial visit we thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant.... so much so that we decided to return on a sunday afternoon (16th April). It was busy & we were told by a male member of staff that the restaurant would have a table free at 1.30pm but as they were unable to reserve, we should come back at that time..Upon our return a female member of staff told us that the restaurant would not be free till 2 or 3pm, there was a reserve notice on other tables now. It was clear that the staff were being discriminatory towards tourists and I would whole heartedly say not to visit this place on this basis. Please treat all your customers fairly as we will all pay with the same yen. By picking & choosing who you will reserve tables for tells me that you are disrespectful & rude to those who are not of Japanese descent. We were left feeling embarrassed & humiliated. DO NOT VISIT HERE!!

::Excellent Italian in Ueno Park (between Shinobazu and Keisei Ueno Station). They have a mix of authentic Italian ingredients (friarielli etc.) and traditional Japanese.
