::Well, looking at the reviews, it seems like it used to be a little better, but I just don't feel motivated overall. It's good to advertise, but first I think you should prepare spots and facilities that customers can enjoy, as well as food and drinks that aren't fooling children. Check-in is late at 16:00 and check-out is early at 10:00. The public bath can only be used from 16:00 and closes early at 22:00. I don't have time to enjoy the island at night or relax in my room. There are many other islands, so I would like you to think from a customer's perspective as to whether you are glad you came here or whether you would like to visit again.

::Accommodation options include cottages and twin rooms (up to 3 people can be accommodated with an extra bed). Our cottage was fully booked, so we stayed in a twin room. It looks like you can stay in the cottage with your dog! Dinner was a dish made with plenty of local fish, and the sea bream sashimi and fried puffer fish were especially delicious. The portions were good, not too much, not too little! (There are times when the food at a ryokan is too much.) However, it seemed like there wasn't enough for my second son (a second year high school student) and third son (a third year middle school student), so we ended up ordering additional items like udon and fried cartilage, but we're grateful that they were so kind! ! Also, the warabimochi dessert was delicious♪ By the way, it seems that you can also choose barbecue for dinner ☆ The breakfast was also a light Japanese dish with a good nutritional balance, which I liked! There will be a bingo tournament in the evening, and the first prize will be a pair of accommodation tickets! ...And I got it right ✨ Thank you. I'll see you again😊 And a sea firefly observation event only for guests staying at the hotel! It was great to learn about the ecology and environmental issues of sea fireflies! I was also lucky enough to see a lot of natural sea fireflies. (I was lucky because there are times when you can't see it depending on the season, tide height, weather, etc.) The public bath is not open to the public due to the coronavirus pandemic, and if you want to use it, it costs 3000 yen to reserve it for your family, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use it this time.

::Probably your best option when staying in Awashima. Dinner was lovely. Just when I thought the food set on the table were the only dishes for the night, more kept coming! Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped but not so bad that I wasn’t able to sleep. Within the premises, you will also find the remains of a school built in the Taisho period. Thought it was pretty cool.

::Not impressed with the hotel not because of the facilities - it is after all a simple hotel - but by the unhelpful senior staff. We stayed as a group and they did little to help us and were unfriendly. They are also in charge of opening and closing the naval school, which they did at erratic times. A visitor could go there and find it closed expecting it to be open.

::Please try the umihotaru show! it was the only reason why we were there in the first place. A sea light up with blue torches are the most spectacular thing to see in the island. The room was huge and was arranged in a Japanese style, meaning to say you sleep on mattresses on the floor. very nice place to visit and relax. recommended!
